Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to attend the Silhouette Society Women’s Wellness Retreat. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every attendee. Because significant planning, venue costs, instructor fees, materials, food, and vendor commitments are made well in advance, please carefully review our refund and cancellation policy before purchasing your ticket.
Ticket Sales
All ticket purchases are considered final. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are non-refundable except under the limited circumstances described below.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- The retreat is canceled by Silhouette Society LLC and is not rescheduled.
- A duplicate charge was processed due to a verified payment error.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of personal plans
- Work schedule conflicts
- Illness or injury
- Family emergencies
- Inclement weather (unless the event is canceled)
- Transportation or travel issues
- Failure to attend the event (“no-shows”)
- Dissatisfaction with speakers, vendors, activities, or event programming
- Late arrival or early departure
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person.
Transfer requests must:
- Be submitted at least 72 hours before the event.
- Include the new attendee’s full name, email address, and phone number.
- Be approved by Silhouette Society LLC.
Only one transfer is permitted per ticket.
Event Rescheduling
If unforeseen circumstances require the retreat to be rescheduled, all purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date.
Refunds will generally not be issued due to rescheduling unless required by law.
Event Cancellation
If Silhouette Society LLC cancels the retreat and does not provide a replacement date, attendees may choose one of the following:
- A full refund of the ticket purchase price, or
- A credit toward a future Silhouette Society event (if offered).
Silhouette Society LLC is not responsible for reimbursing:
- Hotel accommodations
- Airline tickets
- Gas or mileage
- Parking fees
- Meals purchased outside the event
- Lost wages
- Other travel or incidental expenses
Workshops and VIP Experiences
If your ticket includes VIP experiences, workshops, gift bags, or special activities:
- These benefits have no separate cash value.
- They are non-refundable.
- Unclaimed items will not be shipped after the event unless specifically stated.
Outdoor Event Policy
If the retreat is held outdoors:
- The event may continue during light rain or other manageable weather conditions.
- Programming may be modified for safety.
- Activities, guest speakers, or vendors may change without notice.
- Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related schedule changes.
If severe weather creates unsafe conditions, Silhouette Society LLC reserves the right to postpone, relocate, or cancel the event.
Speaker and Program Changes
Guest speakers, instructors, vendors, schedules, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
Such changes do not qualify for a refund.
Force Majeure
Silhouette Society LLC shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism
- Utility outages
- Labor disputes
- Venue closures
- Other unforeseen emergencies
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Silhouette Society LLC first to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in denial of future event registrations.
Return Policy
Because event tickets, registrations, and digital confirmations are not physical products, no returns are accepted.
